On behalf of our client, we are looking for a HRGA Managerwith details below:

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct recruitment, promotion, rotation, and demotion processes according to the company's needs. Must have extensive experience in recruitment.

Able to lead a team and establish a strong company culture.

Handle administrative tasks related to HRGA, such as: cover letters, assignment letters, orders, attendance, etc.

Organize activities that foster camaraderie among employees and motivate them to work more optimally.

Assist the team in planning and executing offline/out-of-office events related to sales and marketing.

Manage and maintain the work environment, including building utilities, company facilities, etc.

Create, review, and evaluate staff-level employees based on monthly and annual KPIs.

Create, revise, and implement necessary SOPs within the company.

Requirements:

Age between 27 45 years old

Preferably male

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology or equivalent

At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist

Proficiency in English is a plus

  • Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with interview techniques and psychological tools such as DISC,Kraeplin, Intelligence tests, etc.

Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Experienced in handling all HRGA administrative work (attendance, overtime, BPJS, correspondence, etc.)

Able to work independently or collaboratively with a team

Capable of being a firm and effective leader
