A leading HR consultancy firm in Jakarta Utara is looking for an experienced HR professional to oversee the full employee life cycle. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the FnB industry. Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to HR strategy and improve employee engagement.
Overseeing the full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and offboarding in FnB industry.
Administering payroll, employee benefits, and leave entitlements.
Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant legislation.
Serving as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters.
Contributing to the development of the company's HR strategy and implementation.
Maintaining employee records and HR-related documentation.
Assisting with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
