HR Training and Organization Development

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management, psychology, law, or an equivalent field.
- Specialization in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in training & development, learning management systems, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of English (oral and written).
- Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and digital training tools.
- Ability to analyse training effectiveness and make data‑driven decisions.
- Strong organisational and project‑management skills.
- Creative problem‑solving skills and a passion for continuous learning.
- Ability to work independently and within a small team, collaborating across cultural backgrounds.
- Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proactive, honest, visionary, and persistent.
Responsibilities
- Support the HR‑GA division in the management and development of human resources.
- Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of various departments and employee skill levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align programs with organisational goals.
- Coordinate training schedules to minimise disruption to daily operations while maximizing employee attendance.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training progress and certifications for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Assess training effectiveness by collecting feedback and measuring performance improvements post‑training.
- Monitor and report on evaluation outcomes to inform trainer improvement purposes.
- Develop and monitor training budgets to ensure cost‑effective solutions and resource allocation.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars to foster continuous learning and professional development.
- Carry out the training where needed.
- Maintain the organisation structure design, career path and competency matrix.
- Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of programmes, policies and strategies customised to fulfil organisational development needs and achieve programme objectives.
