Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, psychology, law, or an equivalent field.
  • Specialization in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in training & development, learning management systems, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of English (oral and written).
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and digital training tools.
  • Ability to analyse training effectiveness and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Strong organisational and project‑management skills.
  • Creative problem‑solving skills and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Ability to work independently and within a small team, collaborating across cultural backgrounds.
  • Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proactive, honest, visionary, and persistent.
Responsibilities
  • Support the HR‑GA division in the management and development of human resources.
  • Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of various departments and employee skill levels.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align programs with organisational goals.
  • Coordinate training schedules to minimise disruption to daily operations while maximizing employee attendance.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training progress and certifications for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Assess training effectiveness by collecting feedback and measuring performance improvements post‑training.
  • Monitor and report on evaluation outcomes to inform trainer improvement purposes.
  • Develop and monitor training budgets to ensure cost‑effective solutions and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars to foster continuous learning and professional development.
  • Carry out the training where needed.
  • Maintain the organisation structure design, career path and competency matrix.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of programmes, policies and strategies customised to fulfil organisational development needs and achieve programme objectives.
