A leading business group in Indonesia seeks an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and supporting employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. This role offers opportunities to impact HR strategies and workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that support organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans.
- Support management in handling disciplinary actions and industrial relations matters.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare and present HR reports to management as required.
