Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and related role.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with recruitment strategies and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Knowledge of cloud services and IT industry experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and collaborate with the leadership team to fulfill staffing needs across the organization.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including preparation of documentation and introduction to company culture.
  • Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, etc.
  • Support the performance appraisal process and assist in the management of employee benefits.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to foster employee growth.
  • Provide administrative support in employee engagement, organizing company events, and overseeing office supplies, facilities, and equipment management.
  • Act as a resource for providing support on HR & GA-related topics.
  • Supporting other HR and GA initiatives and projects as assigned.
