About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised HR Payroll Admin to join our dynamic team at Midea Electronics Indonesia in our central Jakarta office. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our company's payroll processes and HR administration.

What you'll be doing
  • Processing monthly payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files
  • Assisting with the administration of employee leave, attendance, and other HR-related tasks
  • Providing support to the HR team with various administrative duties
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll
  • Responding to employee inquiries related to payroll and HR matters
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR payroll or administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and HR policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in the use of HR and payroll software, as well as Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
