Responsibilities
- Membuat SOP dan melakukan proses rekrutmen end-to-end, mulai dari membuat iklan lowongan, screening CV, melakukan tes dan wawancara, hingga onboarding karyawan baru.
- Mengelola database kandidat dan membangun talent pool untuk kebutuhan mendatang.
- Berkoordinasi dengan leader divisi untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan SDM dan training.
- Melakukan evaluasi efektivitas pelatihan dan membuat laporan hasil training.
- Menyusun dan memperbarui job description untuk setiap posisi di perusahaan.
- Mendukung program employee development dan engagement.
Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi / Manajemen SDM atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang rekrutmen dan/atau training (fresh graduate dipertimbangkan untuk posisi junior).
- Memahami teknik wawancara berbasis kompetensi dan metode asesmen kandidat.
- Memiliki kemampuan mengelola dan mengatur jadwal training.
- Komunikatif, percaya diri, dan memiliki kemampuan presentasi yang baik.
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan timeline yang ketat.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) dan platform rekrutmen online.
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim.
- Attitude yang baik.
