Job description

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.

2. At least 3-5 years of experience as an HRGA Manager.

3. Good knowledge of HR Management concepts and practices.

4. Good understanding of labor laws.

5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

6. Strong budget planning and management skills.

7. Experience with HRIS software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and general administration systems.

8. Experience in handling payroll

1. Develop and implement Human Resources & General Affairs strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

2. Lead and monitor the recruitment strategy and implementation across the organization.

3. Implement and monitor employee performance appraisal systems and performance improvement plans

4. Develop and monitor compensation and benefits programs to ensure employee well-being.

5. Develop and monitor employee engagement programs.

7. Ensure that HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations.

8. Coordinate training and development programs for employees to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.

9. Develop and monitor General Affairs and Asset Management programs.

10. Design and implement training and employee development programs that align with organizational goals

11. Implement performance management systems & standards to assess and enhance employee performance
