Job Description
  • Lead and manage end-to-end Human Resources Operations, Industrial Relations, General Affairs, and Employee Relations matters of the manufacturing plant
  • Creating, implementing, and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines
  • Act as a strategic HR business partner to Plant Head to translate business objectives into effective human capital program and effective manpower planning
  • Managing relationships with unions & ensuring that the Company\'s treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives including managing grievances and facilitating counselling in conjunction with other stakeholders
Requirement
  • At least 10+ years of working experiences in the area of Human Resources as a generalist and Industrial Relations with proven exposure in handling Unions and Collective Labour Agreement
  • Demonstrated exposure in all spectrum of HR or talent cycle to support business objectives by leveraging an effective HR programs and ensuring compliance
  • Strong knowledge in labour laws/manpower regulations, compliance and regulatory standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven leadership skills and stakeholder management to manage and interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Experiences working in a manufacturing/plant will be highly advantageous
  • Proven exposure working in a multinational organization and collaborate in a multi-cultural environment in a matrix organization
