Overview

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing a variety of Human Resources (HR) functions within the company. This role covers the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, and ensures that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively. You will be the main point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries and support management in achieving business objectives through strategic HR practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Selection: Manage the entire recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and negotiating job offers.

  • Onboarding & Orientation: Design and execute effective orientation programs for new employees, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture.

  • Performance Management: Support the employee performance evaluation process, including helping managers set targets and provide constructive feedback.

  • Compensation & Benefits Management: Manage salary and benefits data, and ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a mediator in resolving workplace issues or conflicts and provide advice to improve positive working relationships.

  • Development & Training: Identify training needs, plan development programs, and facilitate training sessions for employees.

  • HR Administration: Manage employee databases, personnel documents, and attendance and leave data.

  • Compliance: Ensure all HR policies are in line with applicable labor laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience as an HR Generalist or a similar role, preferably in a related industry.

  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.

  • Familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process, including the use of job portals and social media.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team, with a high degree of initiative.

  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and has good time management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with an HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.

  • Possesses the ability to maintain the confidentiality of employee information.
