Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR Compliance & Industrial Relations professional to join PT Euroasiatic Jaya in BSD, Tangerang Selatan. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws and company policies while maintaining positive employee relations. This role involves developing and implementing SOPs and procedures, managing employee relations issues, and serving as a liaison between management, employees, and labor unions.

Job Summary
  • Develop, review, and implement Company's policies, SOP, and procedures.
  • Conduct, analyze and review CRSA related to HR.
  • Maintain and ensure all HR policies, procedures, and guidelines for employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulation.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including resolving grievances, disputes, and conducting workplace investigations.
  • Foster and maintain relationship between Management and Employee to create a conducive work environment.
  • Lead negotiations and mediate issues between Company and Employee.
  • Coordinate with external regulatory agencies or labor authorities on behalf of the company.
  • Other responsibilities in relation to Compliance and Industrial Relations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, with experiences in Industrial Relations.
  • Have a minimum experience of 8 years in HR Compliance and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and industrial policies.
  • Ability to identify potential legal risk and recommend strategies to mitigate them.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with employees, management, and external parties at all levels, including handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions and employee negotiations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
