Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations in line with established SOPs for Guest House and Coffee Garden.
  • Organize and lead both the house crew and the baristas to ensure smooth operations.
  • Plan and monitor monthly budgets to support operational needs.
  • Collaborate with the Marcom team to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through high service standards.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum education: Diploma (Hospitality or related field).
  • At least 3 years of experience in hospitality management.
  • Strong organizational background.
  • Proven leadership skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to handle pressure, multitask, and identify problems, analyze the cause, develop and evaluate solutions, and implement the most effective one to achieve the best result.
  • Solid understanding of guest service principles.
  • Fluent in English verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS)
