Havanna Family Reflexology is a family reflexology founded in 2016. Currently, it has 7 outlets spread across East Java & Tangerang: 4 outlets in Surabaya, 1 outlet in Sidoarjo, 1 outlet in Malang, and 1 outlet in Gading Serpong. With years of experience, Havanna has always been committed to providing the best service and personal care so that customers can experience their wholesome rest.

Responsibilities
- Planning & arranging strategic marketing plan according to predefined strategies.
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing initiatives, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and in line with brand guidelines.
- Planning & monitoring digital activities, promotions, and campaigns.
- Engage with customers, partners, and influencers fostering positive relationships and driving brand advocacy.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as brands, to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring promotional activities and events, including logistics coordination, vendor management, and on-site execution, to support marketing objectives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as operations, finance, purchasing, store leader, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Managing & arranging strategic plan for retention program & membership loyalty
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status and performance of marketing initiatives, including Budget Utilization, Timeline, CTR, CAC, mROI, Retention Rate, and NPS.
Requirements
- Women based in Surabaya, max 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Preferably to have experience in Hospitality/Service Industry or related fields.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in marketing, advertising, events, or related roles.
- Excellent leader & manager
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written in Indonesian and English).
- Attention to detail, excellent problem solver, strong analytical, and organizational skill.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work with People & Performance Management.
