Head of Marketing and Communications responsible for developing and leading the school's marketing and communications strategy, building the WCIJ brand, and supporting recruitment, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the school’s overall marketing and communications strategy.
  • Build and manage the WCIJ brand across all channels, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Drive student recruitment campaigns, enrolment pipelines, and retention efforts.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO/SEM, website management, and email marketing.
  • Lead content creation efforts (written, visual, and video) for internal and external audiences.
  • Manage public relations, media engagement, and partnerships.
  • Support event planning and execution for admissions, outreach, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with academic and operational leadership to align messaging and school positioning.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the Marketing team.
