Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Tangerang is seeking an Assistant Manager in Key Account/Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in relevant fields and at least 3 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in the pharmaceutical or food and beverage industries. Responsibilities include coordinating partnerships, achieving profit targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong negotiation and communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years as Assistant Manager in Key Account/Marketing, or 5 years as Senior Supervisor in similar fields.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing business processes.
  • Familiar with latest trends in Pharmaceutical/Food & Beverage industries.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate B2B partnerships with local and overseas customers.
  • Focus on achieving profit targets with new and existing products.
  • Identify business potentials and develop marketing strategies to reach new customers.
  • Develop successful working relationships with customers.
  • Monitor Key Accounts team to ensure targets are met.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Pharmacy/Chemistry/Food Technology/Industrial Engineering only.
  • MUST HAVE at least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager Key Account/Marketing (B to B), or 5 years of experience as Senior Supervisor Key Account/Marketing in Pharmaceutical/Food & Beverage industries.
  • Proficient in products within the Pharmaceutical/F&B/Supplement/OT fields and a comprehensive understanding of marketing business processes.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in the Pharmaceutical/Food & Beverage industries.
  • Possesses strong negotiation skills, project management abilities, the capacity to influence people, networking capabilities, adept at presentations, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
  • Proficient in English language skills.
