This role is a high-visibility appointment within the CEO's Office, designed to centralize intelligence and drive data-driven decision-making at the highest level of the group's leadership.

Job Purpose

To lead the enterprise data analytics function by transforming complex datasets into high-impact strategic intelligence. This role acts as a "Strategic Bridge" between technical data architecture and commercial execution, ensuring that the organization\'s growth and operational pivots are rooted in robust evidence and sophisticated consumer behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Roadmap: Design the enterprise analytics strategy in alignment with the company\'s digital transformation roadmap, moving from descriptive to prescriptive analytics.
• Insight Generation: Oversee the development of diagnostic tools and executive dashboards that provide a "single version of truth" for the C-Suite.
• Commercial Impact: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to identify growth "leaks" in the customer funnel and propose data-driven interventions to optimize ROI.
• Data Storytelling: Synthesize complex statistical findings into compelling, non-technical narratives for the Board and Managing Director.
• Governance & Compliance: Collaborate with the Data Governance Office to ensure data integrity and full compliance with Indonesian data privacy laws (UU PDP).
• Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of Data Analysts and BI specialists, fostering a culture of curiosity and rigorous analytical thinking.

Qualifications & Experience

• Academic: S1/S2 degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Professional: 10–15 years of experience in data-centric roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position within a fast-paced corporate or digital environment.
