About Our Client

We are currently representing one of our client, who is looking for a Head Butler with luxury hospitality experience to join their team

Job Description
  • Manage the daily operations in the property to maintain a well-organized and welcoming environment
  • Provide personalized service to VIPs and guests, anticipating and fulfilling their needs
  • Supervise and coordinate staffs including schedules, task assignments, and performance
  • Develop and implement service standards, SOPs, and checklists for the residence
  • Deliver high-level butler services, including formal dining, table setting, event support, and guest relations
  • Anticipate and fulfill the needs of the principals and their guests with discretion and attention to detail
  • Oversee inventory of amenities, supplies etc.
The Successful Applicant
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, 5-star hotels, or high-net-worth estate management
  • Must have overseas exposure
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to train and mentor staff
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, polished appearance, and a service-oriented mindset
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
  • Fluency in English required; other languages a plus.
