Qualifications
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR/HC, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or coordinator role.
  • • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, training & development, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • • Proficiency in HRIS/HR systems and ability to generate reports and analyze HR data.
  • • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance to ensure company policies align with regulations.
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, guide, and handle employee issues effectively.
