  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an elegant and memorable first impression.
  • Ensure the best guest experience by closely coordinating with servers and the entire service team.
  • Handle guest complaints calmly, quickly, and effectively to restore guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct second-visit table checks together with the Manager to ensure guests feel personally attended to and receive the highest service quality.
  • Deliver warm and memorable farewell greetings to guests, leaving them with a positive lasting impression.
