About the role

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this exciting Growth Marketing Specialist role at PT Simbadda Group Indonesia will be responsible for driving the digital marketing strategy and initiatives to acquire new customers and accelerate growth for the company's products and services. In this contract position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, you will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute innovative campaigns across a range of digital channels.

What you'll be doing

• Campaign Planning: Execute multi‑channel campaigns (launches, events) to boost leads, conversions, and retention.
• Customer Journey: Design and optimize journeys to enhance onboarding, conversion, and retention.
• SEO & Content: Improve organic traffic and brand awareness through SEO strategies and content alignment.
• Performance Marketing: Manage paid media, optimize ROI, and conduct A/B testing for acquisition.
• Marketing Automation: Integrate CRM and data tools for automated reporting and campaign optimization.
• Revenue Growth: Address revenue loss by optimizing customer journeys and performance strategies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years in growth or performance marketing.
• Proficient in digital marketing and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in online marketing tools, e‑commerce website builders, social media ads, and best practices.
• Experience in HTML and CSS will be a plus.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian, both oral and written.
• Critical thinker and problem solver.
