About Our Client

Our Client is a Startup company that leverages AI within the recruitment industry.

Job Description

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive user acquisition strategy to drive new user sign-ups and conversions. This includes identifying target audiences, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and setting growth goals.

Channel Management: Manage and optimize paid and organic acquisition channels, including but not limited to:

  • Paid: Social media advertising (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), search engine marketing (SEM/PPC), display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Organic: SEO, ASO (App Store Optimization), content marketing, partnerships, and viral loops.

Data & Analytics:

  • Utilize data to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Set up, monitor, and analyze performance metrics across all channels (e.g., CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates).
  • A/B test different creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and user flows to improve performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive user journey and to align growth initiatives with product roadmap.

Budget Management: Manage and allocate the user acquisition budget effectively to maximize ROI.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in user acquisition, digital marketing, and the competitive landscape.

The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a user acquisition, growth marketing, or a similar role, preferably at a startup or tech company.
  • Demonstrable experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with a significant budget.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A "hacker" mindset-curious, creative, and always looking for new ways to grow.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic startup environment.
  • A passion for our product and a deep understanding of our target audience.
