Job description
What You’ll Do

Translate business needs into HR strategies and ensure people initiatives from workforce planning to talent development are aligned with organizational priorities.

Lead recruitment for site-based and head office roles, ensuring timely, high-quality hiring that meets project and operational timelines.

Design and implement a consistent onboarding framework across all locations, ensuring cultural alignment, smooth integration, and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Act as the main escalation point for HR issues, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.

Lead the full performance management cycle, including mid-year reviews, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.

Identify capability gaps and roll out training and development programs to support managerial and operational growth.

Ensure all HR practices comply with employment laws and uphold principles of clarity, fairness, and consistency.

Develop, update, and roll out HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks that strengthen governance and empower managers.

Oversee payroll operations, statutory contributions (BPJS, tax), and employee benefits to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across regions.

Continuously improve payroll efficiency, benefits competitiveness, and compensation & benefits reporting.

Maintain the integrity of HR data systems, including employee records, contracts, and performance documentation.

Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical handling of employee data, ensuring secure and responsible HR practices.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.

Proven 5+ years of experience managing HR operations across multiple locations or business units.

Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, payroll, PPh 21 and compliance requirements.

Demonstrated ability to lead recruitment, employee relations, and performance cycles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner across all levels.

A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the maturity to handle sensitive issues with discretion.

Ability to build systems, streamline processes, and elevate HR function toward scalability.

Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (preferably Talenta or similar) and the ability to optimize HR systems for scale and accuracy.

Familiarity with Coretax or other payroll tax systems is highly advantageous.
