• Formulate Marketing Strategy and Brand Strategy in order to achieve short term and long term objectives
• Formulate guidelines to Marketing Team in order to cascade Marketing Strategy into action
• Translate marketing strategy into marketing mixes policies to realize consistent and strong brand positioning.
• Product innovation
• Monitor, analyze and report facts and insights on customers, consumer needs and trends in order to maximize intelligent use of consumer insight and accurate market information as input for marketing activities and policies.
