Pendidikan minimal S1 (Digital Marketing, Sistem Informasi, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait). Pengalaman minimal 8 tahun di Digital Marketing (lebih disukai di industri kesehatan/klinik). Menguasai Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, CRM, dan omnichannel marketing. Data-driven, mampu membaca insight untuk optimasi KPI (CPP, ROAS, engagement, conversion). Kreatif, problem solver, leadership skill, serta mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Merancang & mengevaluasi strategi digital marketing untuk mencapai target CPP, ROAS, growth, dan leads.
  • Mengawasi produksi konten (artikel, foto, video, desain) sesuai brand tone & regulasi kesehatan.
  • Optimasi SEO on-page & off-page untuk meningkatkan organic traffic. Integrasi efektif antara iklan, CRM, dan tim marketing.
  • Monitoring kualitas leads & follow-up untuk meningkatkan kedatangan pasien.
  • Membuat laporan bulanan kinerja digital marketing.
  • Riset kompetitor dan tren industri healthcare.
