Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is looking for Fintech & Partnership Specialist who will be responsible for the following:

• Manage projects end-to-end following the Bank’s project framework
• Develop digital products and services, including regulatory documentation
• Coordinate across departments to ensure timely and aligned project execution
• Implement and deliver approved products/services
• Drive product enhancement and digital innovation
• Initiate product development and system improvement strategies
• Integrate banking solutions into partner business ecosystems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders

For this position, we will need someone who:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or Information Technology
• At least 1 year of experience in the banking industry, particularly in e-Channel and Product Development
