We are currently seeking additional workforce support for a short period (1–2 months), specifically within our Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams. We are looking for candidates who can join immediately, with a solid understanding and best practices in finance, accounting, and taxation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in finance, accounting, or related fields (internship experience is also welcome).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Management, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Solid knowledge of financial statements and accounting processes.
• Experience with Excel, accounting, and tax systems (skills in functions and pivot tables are a plus).
• Tax certification (Brevet) is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective internal and external coordination.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible and adaptable to change, with strong teamwork abilities.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage bank transactions and fund transfers, including vendor payments and intercompany transfers.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Support monthly closing, budget vs. actual management, and cash flow management.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor accounts receivable.
• Respond flexibly and accurately to unexpected issues.
• Prepare and review tax calculation reports (VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax) and ensure timely submissions.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and stay updated on legislative changes.
• Coordinate with external partners on taxation, legal, and audit matters.
