Description

• Manage daily operations of the finance department, including finance, accounting, cashier & billing, general store, purchasing, and IT.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses to management.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and oversee budgets.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filing and compliance.
• Evaluate and manage risks related to financial operations.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Profile

• Based in Semarang
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• At least 6 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Brevet A & B certification is mandatory. CPA and CA are optional.
• Experience in healthcare service providers is an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills and managerial experience in finance.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
