About the job Finance Manager (Cilegon Based)

Our client in the FMCG industry is currently looking for a highly experienced Finance Manager to be based on‑site in the Cilegon area. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in finance within the manufacturing sector.

Responsibility

• Lead and manage all accounting, control, and selected finance functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial closing and reporting.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Supervise budgeting and financial analysis activities.
• Oversee daily operations of the Accounting team.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Production, and Logistics teams to :Develop and implement pricing strategies,Improve accounts payable systems andOptimize logistics for cost efficiency.
• Analyze profitability by area, product/segment, and customer.
• Prepare ROI analyses for new projects and capital expenditures.
• Provide strategic input to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness.
• Evaluate the financial feasibility of market and product expansions.
• Ensure financial statements comply with Indonesian GAAP, IFRS, and Group policies.
• Implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and safeguard assets.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and support tax audits.
• Coordinate with external parties including auditors, tax officials, and government representatives.
• Optimize the use of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and forecasting tools such as TM1/TM2.
• Work with IT/System teams to improve reporting, forecasting, and cost‑monitoring systems.

Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 10‑12 years of finance and accounting experience.
• At least 4 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is strongly preferred.
• Background in a Big 4 accounting firm is a strong advantage.
• Solid experience handling tax and financial audits.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP.
