Position: Finance Claim Staff

Work Location: Tangerang

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, or other related major.
• At least 2 years of experience in a claim administrative role, preferably in the Beauty or FMCG Industry
• Proven experience handling sales claims
• Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking, and data-driven approach with a can-do attitude
• Strong Excel, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Willing to work in Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Job Responsibilities:

• Claim Documentation Review: Assess claim submissions to ensure completeness and accuracy of required information.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external claim teams to facilitate smooth claim processing.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on claim status to the sales team and other stakeholders.
• Claims Process Management: Monitor and oversee claim handling to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
• Departmental Support: Assist other functions within the Claims Department as needed.
