About the role

Join the growing team as Finance Accounting Supervisor. In this full-time role based in Purwakarta West Java, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations and ensuring accurate accounting records for the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising the accounting team and ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
• Reviewing and approving journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting transactions to maintain the integrity of the company's financial records
• Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans, and monitoring actual performance against budgets
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies and procedures
• Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
• Mentoring and developing the skills of the accounting team
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

• Qualified accountant with at least 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Strong technical knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis, with a good understanding of Indonesian accounting standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and financial reporting tools
