Job description

Viskal is seeking an experienced and dedicated Finance & Accounting Supervisor to oversee our daily financial operations. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining stringent compliance with regulatory standards, and providing critical financial analysis.

The successful candidate will lead the accounting team and contribute directly to the firm's strategic decision‑making process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and rigorously supervise all day‑to‑day accounting and financial operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Guarantee the accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions, including journal entries, comprehensive reconciliations, and maintenance of account balances.

Prepare, meticulously review, and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow) in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Supervise, train, and develop junior accounting staff, fostering continuous professional improvement and a high‑performance work ethic.

Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits, coordinating all necessary documentation and assisting auditors with their inquiries.

Monitor cash flow, support the management of budgets and forecasts, and deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting to aid strategic decision‑making.

Manage and maintain comprehensive and organized financial records and supporting documentation.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.

Possession of Indonesian tax certifications, Brevet A/B minimum, is highly desirable.

Strong, current knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and best practices.

Proven ability to deliver a high level of precision and meticulous attention to detail in all financial processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proven proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Capable of operating effectively both autonomously and collaboratively within a fast‑paced team environment.

Full‑time, required to work onsite from the Viskal Office in Denpasar, Bali – with potential for direct meetings with clients.
