Job Description

• Prepare & analyze financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Budgeting).
• Oversee daily financial operations, tax filings, and general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage filings (PPh Badan, PPh 21, 23, VAT) using Coretax.
• Supervise & mentor junior finance staff (AP/AR, tax assistants).
• Monitor SOP implementation, bank reconciliation, and financial transaction accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Accounting, Taxation, or related field (Tax Brevet A/B preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax as Sr. Staff/Supervisor.
• Proficient in English (Mandarin is a plus) and MS Office (Excel) & Coretax.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, AR/AP, and tax regulations.
• Strong leadership, analytical skills, and high responsibility for accuracy & deadlines.
