We’re growing across Indonesia, and now we’re looking for a sharp, detail-loving Finance & Accounting Officer to support our expansion and keep our financial operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Handle daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and data entry.
• Manage AP/AR, invoices, and payment processing.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in preparing weekly/monthly financial reports.
• Maintain tax filings and reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams for expense tracking and financial documentation.
• Assist in preparing compliance documents and working with external accountants or auditors (if needed).
• Help optimize financial systems, tools, and workflows as the business scales.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Prior experience in similar roles at FMCG or F&B sector would be preferred.
• Ownership mentality — you love building things from scratch, taking responsibility, and making systems better.
• Strong grasp of Indonesian accounting and tax standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy — you love clean sheets (Excel sheets!).
• Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial software.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• A proactive problem‑solver who can improve processes, not just follow them.
• Passion for wellness, consumer products, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
