A well-established company in automotive and industrial products is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to be based in Mexico. The role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, managing financial reports, and supervising a finance team. Finance & Accounting Manager (to be placed in Mexico)

For our Clients: well-established company from Singapore dedicated in manufacturing and distribution of automotive and industrial products. We have operation in Asia, Europe, Middle East and Latin America. As part of our growth and expansion strategy, we are seeking a high performing “Finance & Accounting Manager” to be based in our Mexico sales & distribution center.

Requirements

He/She will supervise a team of Finance professionals, overseeing the full spectrum of day-to-day accounting and finance operations in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Responsible for daily financial management, including cost control, budget preparation, fund management, and tax planning.
  • Supervise daily operation of accounting team
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for management and operational teams
  • Liaise with external auditors for statutory audits
  • Conduct internal audits
  • Coaching on each of team members to develop their capabilities and skills
Qualifications & Requirement
  • Willing to be placed overseas (Mexico)
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related majors
  • At least 5 years working experience handling full set of accounts in a FMCG/wholesale/retail and distribution environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must and good working knowledge in ERP systems
  • Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with good initiative
  • Pro-active and meticulous individual with good working attitude and able to work under pressure
  • Preferably has experience working abroad
