Responsibilities

• Provide documents needed during internal or external audits.

Finance & Accounting Manager

Location: West Jakarta, Jakarta, ID

Responsibilities

• Help record manual journal entries, including depreciation and other adjustments.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing to ensure everything is accurate and on time.
• Balance Sheet Review: assist with inventory reconciliation and support aging analysis and reconciliation for AR (accounts receivable) and AP (accounts payable).
• Tax: assist in reviewing and preparing tax documents; work with external tax consultants to ensure tax filings are done correctly and on time, and maintain proper tax records.
• Help prepare financial statements according to required accounting standards and ensure proper record keeping.
• Audit Support: provide documents and information needed during internal or external audits.
• Compliance: follow existing accounting and tax SOPs, and help improve them when needed.
• ERP Data Accuracy: ensure correct data entry and help maintain data accuracy in the ERP system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and optionally Chinese.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or auditing (experience in an accounting firm is a plus).
• Good understanding of financial reporting and tax compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn and grow.
