A leading electrical solutions company in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform installation and repair of complex equipment. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in Electrical Engineering, with 2 to 4 years of experience, including hands-on work with power systems. Strong organizational skills and good communication in English are essential. The position offers opportunities to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on customer service.
Field Service Engineering - Entry Professional. This position is responsible for field service (customer site service and in-warranty unit repair) activities involving the installation, modification and repair of complex equipment and systems for single and three phase products. Focus is on service products. The role also involves managing third party Service Vendors (CSPs) for the country and representing the company in day-to-day dealings with CSPs who perform in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs on units.
