Overview

1: Responsible for the sales of the company’s food sauces (seasoning sauces, compound dipping sauces, catering-specific raw material sauces, etc.) through the foodservice channel. Based on the understanding of food ingredient characteristics and the catering procurement process, connect with customer needs, promote cooperation, and achieve growth in both sales volume and customer resources.

Responsibilities
  1. Focus on clients such as chain restaurants, Chinese restaurants, hotpot brands, and catering enterprises. Utilize personal experience in food procurement / ingredient industry to accurately identify customer procurement needs for sauces (such as cost control, quality standards, supply stability). Conduct on-site visits or online communication to introduce the company’s sauce advantages (e.g., additive-free formula, compliance with catering hygiene standards, bulk purchasing price advantage), and promote customer trials, price comparisons, and contract signing.
  2. Regularly follow up on the procurement status of cooperative clients (such as raw material inventory, usage feedback), and respond promptly to procurement needs (such as urgent replenishment orders, specification adjustments). Based on customer purchase volume and cooperation duration, launch exclusive incentives (such as annual rebate upon reaching purchase targets, priority trial of new ingredients) to improve repurchase rate and cooperation loyalty.
  3. Leverage food procurement experience to collect information on catering industry procurement trends (e.g., growing demand for healthy sauces, increased procurement of sauces for ready-to-eat meals), and provide feedback to optimize company products. Integrate accumulated catering procurement contacts to expand potential clients and promote conversion of resources into actual cooperation.
  4. Contribute to business growth by expanding the customer base and converting procurement contacts into active collaborations.
Qualifications
  1. More than 2 years of working experience in food ingredient sales, catering procurement, or catering supply chain; familiarity with catering procurement process and raw material quality standards preferred.
  2. Possess good business communication skills, able to clearly connect with customer procurement needs, and independently complete negotiations and contract signing.
  3. Candidates with cooperation resources in chain restaurants or large catering enterprises, or with experience in food ingredient supply, may have some requirements relaxed.
  4. Experience Match: Preference given to those with food ingredient sales or catering procurement experience, enabling faster adaptation and easier resource integration.
