An energy company in Sulawesi Tengah is seeking an HR professional to manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with regulations. The role involves negotiation, stakeholder management, and implementing SHE programs. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1-year experience in Human Resources, particularly in industrial relations. Fluency in English is a plus.
Assist, along with Superior, in representing project management in negotiations and dispute resolution procedures with employees, including, but not limited to providing employee counseling, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relation authorities, and other relevant agencies so that the organization’s interest are protected. Successful assistance is expected.
Responsible for the administrative activities of the overall organization so that administrative staff, equipment, and other resources are used effectively and economically. Successful administrative activities.
Monitor all requirements for licences, permits, and control the extension of documentation and formalities to ensure that all documents are complete, filed, and extended in compliance with government requirements. Good monitoring.
Develop and maintain good relationships with regional and local government, manpower, local communities, and police around the project to ensure smooth company operational activities. Good relationship maintained.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities (involving identifying, mitigating, and monitoring SHE risks), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standards, requirements, and procedures, and to confirm the execution of the SHE responsibilities meets the intended outcome – SHE risk well maintained.
Bachelor’s Degree of Any Major
