Executive Strategy Associate provides high-level guidance to executive leadership, helping shape long-term organizational vision, strategic priorities, and transformative initiatives. This role partners closely with the CEO, Board, and senior management to identify emerging opportunities, evaluate risks, and ensure that the company’s mission and strategic roadmap remain aligned with market trends and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Vision Development – Collaborate with leadership to define and refine the organization’s long-term vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
- Strategic Planning – Lead or advise on multi-year strategic planning cycles, including market analysis, scenario modeling, and competitive benchmarking.
- Executive Advisory – Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the C-suite and Board for critical decisions, investments, and partnerships.
- Innovation & Growth – Identify new business opportunities, disruptive trends, and innovation pathways to drive sustainable growth.
- Stakeholder Alignment – Facilitate communication and alignment between departments, ensuring initiatives support the overarching strategy.
- Performance Monitoring – Establish KPIs and success metrics to track progress toward strategic goals and recommend course corrections as needed.
- Thought Leadership – Represent the organization in high-level forums, industry panels, and strategic partnerships as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or a related field from reputable university abroad (US Graduates are preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or senior advisory roles.
