Job description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for engineering design, calculations for pre-qualifications, tenders, and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all engineering designs and calculations to ensure project success.
• Verify the suitability of selected vessels for the project requirements for Pre-Qual and Project.
• Develop and optimize the stowage / carriage capacity of the vessels for Pre-Qual and Project
• Carry out Transportation Analysis.
• Conduct verification calculations with the Master of the vessel on the stability and sea worthiness of the vessel.
• Collaborate with Ops and HSQE to ensure the design of cargo will enable efficient and safe workflow.
• Prepare Stowage plan, towing arrangements, outfitting drawings etc.
• Maintain the registry of drawings.
• Perform site inspection when required.
• Adhere to the company HSQE policies and practices.

Joint Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with Commercial & Ops Dept for the effective execution of Charters / Projects.
• Coordinate with Finance Dept for correct and timely invoicing.

Requirements:
