On behalf our client authorized distributor for mining truck, we are looking for Executive Assistant for CEO. as following details:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the executive office, including managing supplies and coordinating with other departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with project management tools and other relevant software.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and clients.
