Job Description

• Event planning, design and production within a specific timeline
• Assist in preparation and create banquet sales package event and others.
• Creative potentially to make promotion and event for sales growth.
• Conduct pre and post-event evaluations and report on event outcomes
• Cooperate with Marketing to promote and publish events

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any majors, preferably in Event, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent
• Minimum having 2 years experience in Banquet and event organizer in Media, Agency or event organizer.
• Having a good personal skills and relationship with community, government or non-government.
• Target Oriented.
• Ability to create presentation decks with excellent visual appeal, as well as detailed event flow planning
• Strong team player with a hunger for challenges and growth
• Placement in Bogor - West Java
