A prominent educational organization is looking for an Event Manager in Jakarta Utara to plan and execute various events including teacher recruitment fairs and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of event planning experience, strong digital marketing skills, and proficiency in design tools. This role offers a chance to shape events that empower education in Indonesia.
Plan, organize, and execute events such as teacher recruitment fairs, training workshops, client gatherings, online webinars, and promotional activities;
Develop event concepts and strategies aligned with company objectives and brand identity;
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution;
Manage event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, venue arrangements, catering, and technical requirements;
Oversee event promotions, including digital campaigns, invitations, and social media engagement;
Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and prepare post-event reports to improve future activities;
Ensure all events reflect professionalism and promote the company’s services effectively;
Plan, organize, and execute offline and online marketing events;
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event delivery;
Develop event promotion strategies across digital channels (social media, email, website);
Manage event logistics including scheduling, budgeting, and venue/technical arrangements;
Monitor and analyze event performance to improve future activities;
Create engaging event content to support brand awareness and lead generation;
Ensure consistent brand identity across all offline and online marketing initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field;
Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, preferably in education, outsourcing, or service-based industries;
Min. 2 years of experience in social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook), and digital marketing with relevant skill sets;
Experience with digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.);
Skilled in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma);
Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities;
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (verbal and written);
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including international staff;
Proficiency in event management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms;
Creative mindset with problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure;
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, when required.
