Job summary

A reputable technology company in Tangerang is seeking an experienced ERP System Manager to oversee and optimize the ERP System used across manufacturing, sales, and accounting processes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Diploma in relevant fields, at least 2 years of experience with manufacturing ERP systems, and strong skills in SQL, Excel, and Power Point. This role involves providing solutions to users' issues and creating guidelines for end users.

Job description

Overview

This position involves you to be responsible with ERP System that is currently implemented in the company along with the manufacturing, sales, and accounting business process. You shall be involved in managing & optimizing the ERP System, working with users from different Divisions related to data input and reporting activities. Considerable SQL Query knowledge is a plus. Preferably live around Tangerang area

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Diploma in Computer Science/ System Information / Computerized Accounting with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Have minimum experience 2 years using manufacturing ERP System such as INFOR, EPICOR, BAAN, SAP, MICROSOFT DYNAMICS.
• Must be able to operate Excel and Power Point
• SQL and Reporting Tools (Crystal Report, Active Report, etc) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Learn existing ERP System and able to manage, optimize and synchronize with actual condition.
• Provide solution to users issues related to ERP System data input and reporting; if necessary consult to the ERP System consultant
• Conduct trial runs and simulation of new modules/features of current ERP System and present them to management.
• Create Work Instructions or SOP to guide end users.
