Job summary

A hospitality company is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support daily building maintenance, conduct repairs, and manage inventory at our branches. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, preferably in Engineering, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Experience in hotel maintenance is favorable. This position is based at Bobocabin Cikole, Lembang, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• High School or Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance or engineering.
• Experience in hotel maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily maintenance of building systems.
• Conduct minor repairs based on SOP.
• Train staff on troubleshooting minor technical issues.

Job description

What you will do

• Responsible to support daily maintenance of Building, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing in our Branches
• Knowledge basic preventive maintenance of equipment building
• Make sure all equipment in our branches run smoothly
• Conduct minor repairing and fixing based on SOP.
• Maintain the inventory of working tools and equipment at the branch.
• Fast Response Problem solving technical issue and reporting urgent issues.
• Making check and reporting list for every maintenance have to do for reporting to Branch Teams and Branch Operations Manager
• Conduct training to host and cleaner for troubleshooting on minor technical issues.
• Resolve issues queuing on ticketing issues of the branches.

• Willing to work on appointed areas selected by management.
• Candidates must possess at least High School with preference Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field of technician or engineer is required for this position.
• Having experience as a Hotel Maintenance/Hotel Engineering are more favorable
