COORDINATOR - EMPLOYEE BRANDING & ADVERTISING
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, international education is an advantage
- Strong communication, proficient in project management, social media, and analytical skills.
- Creative, strategic thinker, flexible, and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with employer review platforms is a plus.
- Fluent in English & Indonesian (verbal & written)
- Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading
Job Description
- Manage and monitor all social media channels dedicated to Summarecon's Career (Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, X, Facebook)
- Manage and monitor Summarecon Career's website
- Conduct research to enhance employer branding content quality and develop branding strategies.
- Identifying the unique selling point of the company for branding initiatives.
- Actively participate in employee-related activities as well as company activities for external parties
- Liaise with HR departments across all Summarecon units to synchronize branding content and concepts
- Direct the content filming process and actively participate in video editing procedures
- Proficient in editing software such as Capcut and Canva is a must
