• Lead the entire sales team to achieve sell-out targets.
• Analyze, check, and review sales performance from all branches across Indonesia.
• Manage all branch representative members across Indonesia.
• Check and review shopfront conditions.
• Create and maintain good communication across departments and branches.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure sales growth.
• Prepare detailed reports for top management.
• Generate new ideas to improve overall store and retail conditions.
