A leading e-commerce company in Indonesia seeks an experienced eCommerce Allrounder to manage their online store and enhance operational strategies. The role involves analyzing sales trends, developing promotional plans, and ensuring effective order processing. Candidates should possess at least 2 years in e-commerce operations, familiar with various platforms, and hold a relevant diploma or bachelor's degree. Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analysis are essential for success in this position.
Min. 2 years experience and skills in e-commerce platform operations (such as: Shopee, Lazada and Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Bli-Bli, Akulaku etc.)
Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major. (Business, marketing, communication, or a related field are preferred).
Have experiences in Kitchen Tools and Cleaning Tools brand is more preferred.
Familiar with e-commerce operation tools and platform functions, and have the ability to create new accounts, manage and operate online stores independently.
Familiar with handling ADS marketplace (Tokopedia Ads, Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, TikTok Ads etc.).
Have good product management and data analysis skills, able to understand sales data and trends, and make appropriate adjustments and optimizations according to market needs.
Have innovative thinking and problem solving skills, and be able to propose and implement strategies and measures to improve e-commerce operations.
Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with internal teams and external partners.
Manage and maintain the company's online store on the e-commerce platform, including store configuration, page design, product display and content updates.
Analyze e-commerce platform data and sales trends, and provide data reports and insights to guide business decisions and optimize e-commerce operations strategies.
Develop and oversee detailed campaign schedules, including Flash Sales and Double Date Campaigns.
Responsible for product listing, price adjustment, inventory management and sales Data Analysis to achieve the best product display and sales performance.
Develop and execute e-commerce promotional plans, including formulating promotional strategies, participating in event collaborations, and managing advertising to increase brand exposure and sales.
Tracks the order processing process to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery, and coordinates and communicates with logistics providers to provide superior Client Server and satisfaction.
