Our Group is looking for District Sales Manager (Multifinance Company - YesssCredit).

Opening area: Balikpapan

Responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
• Manage the sales team, including training, fraud risk prevention, and new employee induction.
• Coordinate cross-departmental work to ensure consistency between sales activities and marketing plans.
• Analyze market trends and competitive environment to provide direction and support to the sales team.
• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
• Solve customer problems and complaints to increase customer satisfaction.
• Report sales performance and market information to the City Manager and other management.
