Job description

Managing digital marketing activities and e-commerce business to create, execute, and supervise marketing initiatives across various digital platforms, promoting multiple brands to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

Accountability
  • Responsible for planning, monitoring, and evaluating digital marketing and e-commerce activities
  • Manage e-commerce business, including awareness activities to drive purchase action
  • Manage social media of some brands, including managing the traffic, creative, channel mix, and amplifying the message
  • Collaborate with other functions, especially the Sales Team, Admin, Distributor, and Enabler, to ensure the program is running well with measurable evaluation
  • Responsible for increasing online visibility, driving leads, boosting sales (e-commerce), and staying competitive in the digital landscape
  • Manage administrative tasks of Financial Impact, Regulatory Policies, and other activities related to Program Execution
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing in an e-commerce environment
  • Good understanding of social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X)
  • Good knowledge of Google Parameter
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, KOL, Publisher, and Boost Ads Program
  • Good English skills, both oral & written
